Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased a flat pack chair online, had trouble putting it together, thought I was going to have to return it. Contacted Alan for help, who arrived the very next day, he realised the chair parts weren't designed too well, but, worked out how to fix things.
Fiddly old job, but Alan managed to assemble the parts that were clearly out of line and used a drevel to allow the screw fittings to fit properly.
Perfect service and a nice chap.
Would highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have called upon Alan's skills twice this year, the first time was a list of items after I moved to Norwich, putting up floating shelves, lots of bathroom fittings, a bathroom cabinet etc.
More recently Alan changed a 6ft high wooden side garden gate for an aluminium gate for me which was a tricky job and was carried out to a high standard.
The good workmanship and prices would always prompt me to get in touch with Alan should anything around the house require attention.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan was prompt, polite and efficient. He refelted my Norwich shed roof which was leaking. I'd also asked him to check a gutter which was overflowing. He checked it and proceeded to clear the debris and advise on the cause. His work went beyond what I was expecting and I'm very grateful for his friendly assistance and advice.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alan recently painted 8 doors and frames, and a bathroom ceiling that was quite bad, for us. We are very pleased with what he did. He was very helpful and friendly and worked without any time wasting.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends, or anyone else.
Thank you Alan. We would definitely call on you again.
Regards,
Cathy
